Training program for youth educators
About the project
A week-long training for people working with children and youth, involved in non-formal education and NGOs in Ukraine and Poland (educators from community centres, cultural centres, youth centres, and camp counsellors).
The practical training covers experiential and outdoor education techniques, nonviolent communication (NVC) and the method of motivational interviewing. The progam is held outside the city, yet it also includes a visit to Warsaw: sightseeing, a Chopin concert, and meetings with foundations in Poland that promote experiential education.
